Challenge

Spreading the feeling of warmth and comfort through the color palette, the abundance of natural light from the spacious windows, and the harmonious arrangement of furniture to create an interior that will not bore clients for many years and will be functional.

Soft, neutral tones dominate the palette with shades of beige, cream, and earthy brown which contribute to a calming and welcoming atmosphere.

The natural materials, like the marble detailing on the walls and the elegant stone-top tables, highlight the opulence of the space, while the wooden paneling adds warmth and texture.

Concept

Layout

This furniture plan showcases a well-organized apartment layout with a balanced distribution of space starting with the guest bathroom and adjacent kitchen placed on the right upon entering the apartment. Moving onto the dining area with the living room extending further along this open-plan space and is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and additional seating, creating a comfortable entertainment zone.

The private area of the apartment includes a shared bathroom and  three distinct rooms; the master bedroom, a secondary bedroom, and a guest bedroom. The shared bathroom is located centrally for easy access from all bedrooms.

Implementation

In this project, the studio selected only natural and durable materials. The team took everything seriously: from the choice of the self-leveling floor to the shades of marble and the color palette.

Our team has executed this project in a warm nude palette without overloading the overall concept with bright accents.

Subtle design details, such as the artwork, sculptural accents, and a few strategically placed plants, add character without overwhelming the room. The overall vibe is one of understated elegance, offering a sense of both tranquility and refinement.
